Our efforts for successful Return to Work begin the moment a new referral is received.Our strategy includes an ongoing evaluation of each patient, their abilities, physical and medical status, emotional and family issues, relationship with the Employer, medication issues, and personal motivation level.We meet with the Employer early into the case to develop a plan so that a position is available immediately upon physician release of the Claimant.We determine job description and any issues the Employer wishes to discuss with our case management specialists.We visit the workplace and evaluate the physical requirements involved in the job description.We work with the Employer to address any safety issues, and/or ideas to improve cooperation and motivation for their employee to return successfully.We begin our strategy for Return to Work very early with the Physical Therapists and Physicians.We visit Physical Therapy and observe the patientsí progress.We obtain the therapists recommendations for specific job related abilities and provide these immediately to the Physician.We provide a written description of available work to the physician and make it simple for him to release the injured employee to the position, which is within the therapists recommended guidelines.We assertively work to coordinate with all parties to achieve successful and positive outcomes with Return to Work in record time.

A contractual agreement is maintained with Advanced Medical Reviews, Los Angeles, CA (an independent review organization), for medical utilization reviews which may be obtained on a standard, expedited or rush basis as required by the Account.
