| Charlotte brings years of diversified nursing experience to the company. In addition to 18 years of workers' compensation case management, she is experienced in orthopedic, neurological and psychiatric nursing, including a strong emphasis in alcohol and drug rehabilitation.
At Thomas Hospital, Fairhope, AL, she worked as an instructor in the Cardio-Pulmonary Rehabilitation program, and served on the committee for hospital improvement. She also served as Quality Control Director and Safety Board member at South Baldwin Hospital, Foley, AL.
Charlotte has personally managed workers' compensation cases in Montgomery, Anniston, Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, Mobile, Dothan, Columbus, GA, and across the Florida Panhandle. She continues to stay personally involved in every case to assure quality management and assertive direction toward Maximum Medical Improvement (M.M.I.), Return to Work (R.T.W.) and file closure.
Charlotte was honored with membership into the Cambridge Who's Who of Medical Professionals and is featured in the 2008 Cambridge Who's Who Directory.
